Responsibilities
* Recruit and train teams, ensuring they can deliver above and beyond by developing their operational and leadership skills.
* Coach teams to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products, building the brand and providing customers with the right range, quality and service.
* Lead trade activity, grow sales and maximise profit using your expertise.
* Drive business change plans and resource‑planned activities, ensuring hours are worked where they benefit customers and resolve root‑cause issues with sustainable solutions.
* Ensure units comply with internal system guidance.
* Build strong stakeholder management and trusted relationships with clients and partners.
* Prioritise the safety of colleagues, ensuring units always trade legally and use all security tools to create a safer workplace.
