You will be surrounded by a team of highly experienced property solicitors and will be in the perfect environment to learn and develop. Main Responsibilities * Managing high quality, high net client caseload. The matters available to you would include but not limited to; - Buying and Selling of Commercial Property files. - Leases and Letting Commercial Property. - Landlord and Tenant. - Commercial Property Investment & Management. - Development. Essential Criteria * Experience file handling Commercial Property files for at least a year * Experienced Fee Earner in Commercial Property * Keen to progress/continue a career within Property Law. * Ideally qualified Solicitor or Licensed conveyancer however FILEX and an experienced commercial property paralegal will also be considered.
