For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:
1. £25,000 Per Annum
2. Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
3. Permanent Role

The role - Customer Service Executive:
5. Work closely with key customer accounts, processing new orders and managing existing orders
6. Liaise with the sales manager regarding new opportunities
7. Provide after-sales support to all key account contacts
8. Manage new queries and quotations for customers
9. Follow-up enquiries to create new sales opportunities
10. Ensure excellent customer service
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:
11. Previous experience working within a similar customer service or administrative support role - ESSENTIAL
12. SAP or Sage knowledge - DESIRABLE
13. Knowledge of the supply and/or manufacturing industry - DESIRABLE
14. Organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment - ESSENTIAL
