Payroll Administrator – Part-Time (3 days/week) | Northallerton
Xeinadin, a leading accountancy and business advisory firm, and become a key part of our payroll team. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payrolls for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Process full payroll cycles, including RTI filing, pension uploads, and payment reports
2. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for compliance and audits
3. Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional service and support
4. Prepare month-end payroll journals and reports for financial reporting
5. Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation, company policies, and Pension Auto Enrolment
6. Manage multiple clients effectively and meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
7. Payroll administration experience, ideally within an accountancy practice
8. Knowledge of HMRC legislation and Pension Auto Enrolment
9. Experience with payroll software; BrightPay experience is a plus
10. Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
11. Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
12. Confident communicator, both written and verbal
13. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
