Are you an experienced and compassionate Social Worker looking for your next rewarding role? Rochdale’s Post Order and Permanence Team is seeking a dedicated professional to join our specialist service supporting families post-court proceedings.
About the Role:
* Join a proactive, stable, and supportive team that works closely with families under:
* Placement with Parents
* Supervision Orders
* Special Guardianship Orders
You’ll be managing complex caseloads with the support of an experienced team manager, all while helping children and young people thrive within their families.
* Relational Practice Model embedded across the team
* Manageable caseloads

Requirements include:
* HCPC registration
* Enhanced DBS & full ID check
* Full driving licence
* At least 2 years’ professional references
* Experience handling complex family court-related cases
