A leading electronics manufacturing company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to support their team. The role of a Manufacturing Engineer will include:
* Supporting senior engineers in the delivery of technical projects
* Assisting with the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes
* Creating and maintaining documentation including standard operating procedures
* Supporting continuous improvement by analysing workflows and reducing waste
* Providing technical support to production teams and resolving process issues
* Assisting with customer and quality support including audits and investigations
* Collaborating on engineering reports and performance metrics
The ideal Manufacturing Engineer should have the following skills and experience:
* Minimum HNC/HND in an engineering or scientific discipline
* Ideally a BEng/MEng in electronics, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering
* At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong problem-solving, planning, and analytical thinking skills
* Knowledge of process validation, continuous improvement, and production support
* Ability to communicate technical requirements across departments
