Bushfire Prone Planning is seeking an Administration Coordinator who brings a proactive mindset, excellent client service and people skills, and a sharp eye for detail.

The Administration Coordinator will work closely with management and staff to:
1. Provide high quality administrative support
2. Develop and maintain business and administrative systems to support the effective and efficient running of the organisation
3. Manage general correspondence, forms and requests for information and have the ability to initiate and draft regular responses and issue quotes to clients
4. Support Human Resource functions, including onboarding, payroll, inductions, and in-house process and system training
5. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
6. Support staff to deliver their duties efficiently and effectively
7. Directly support an Administration Assistant and support consultants to deliver their duties effectively
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in:
* Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, consultants, and stakeholders – Essential
* A similar intermediate / senior role overseeing the daily running of the office, staff needs, and internal processes - Essential
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically good intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word – Essential
* Exposure to, or knowledge of Xero Accounting Software – Preferred
* Working knowledge of Project Management Software - Workflow Max – Preferred
* A knowledge of the bushfire industry and terminology, either as a volunteer or associated organisation, would be an asset to the role.
