Overview
You will join a veterinary group of practices in South Wales, united by a commitment to great care and great culture. The main hospital in Bridgend and four branch sites are RCVS-accredited and hold Silver Cat Friendly status. The team is led by five Clinical Directors who work alongside you to support the team, making decisions together. Your voice is heard and your ideas matter. The role is full-time, with a salary of £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience and the value you bring to the team.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day caseload at a branch practice.
* Option to spend time at the RCVS Outstanding-accredited hospital.
* Tailor the role to fit your preferred location and working pattern.
* Follow cases from consultation through to diagnosis and treatment with a supportive team.
