Technical Business Systems Analyst- Insurance
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Business Systems Analyst with Pensions / Insurance and Solution Design experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.
Inside IR35, Hybrid Working
Responsibilities:
1. take requirements and create a solution on how the systems/process will interact and the flow of data between them
2. Serve as the primary technical liaison between product, business, and software development teams, ensuring technical requirements, architectural considerations, and best practices are embedded in product design and delivery.
3. Translate business objectives into technical steps, defining and prioritising features and initiatives that balance business, technology, and end-user needs.
4. Lead business process modelling and ensure comprehensive, up-to-date system documentation to support technical clarity and traceability.
5. Practical familiarity with web technologies, enterprise technology stacks, and relational databases (including SQL skills), with the ability to evaluate and recommend technical approaches.
6. Experience collaborating with designers and developers, with a solid understanding of UX/UI processes and their technical implications.
7. Ability to produce comprehensive application and business requirements, technical specifications, and maintain high-quality technical documentation in line with industry standards.

11. Knowledge of emerging technologies (., AI/ML, data analytics) and their application in financial products.
12. Evaluating and recommending new technologies, frameworks, or tools to enhance product capabilities.
13. Experience mentoring or coaching technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
