Job Description
Join Johnson Controls as a Commercial Sales Consultant and drive new and additional business from existing and new SME customers within a defined geographical territory. Manage approximately 500 SME accounts, respond to inquiries, and self-generate new business opportunities through solutions or upgrades. Support new customer acquisition by managing lead sources and engaging in networking, referrals, and cold/warm calling.

Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with existing customers to generate additional sales
* Identify and pursue new customer leads through self-generated efforts and referrals
* Maintain effective communication and handover processes with the business team
Candidate Requirements
Essential
* Proven sales experience
* Ability to manage and grow existing customer relationships
* Independent working capability with resource engagement
* Understanding of the full sales process
Preferred
* Track record of achievement in sales
* Experience in the security industry (preferred)
