Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
A high flying, talented Estate Agent Sales Negotiator is required for a high volume operation so if you are an existing Estate Agent or seasoned sales professional, we would love to hear from you!
Basic Salary £18,000 - £18,000 initial Basic Salary
Guaranteed for 6 months to £28,000 - £30,000 whilst you build your sales pipeline
Genuine on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000.
Unparalleled career progression potential
You must have a valid UK drving licence and our own vehicle for this role

The role will involve a lot of work on the phone sourcing business and cross sales opportunities and setting up viewings.
You will attend viewings and close deals on property sales.
They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers with sellers but buyers with 'virtual’ sellers such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediately but would consider a proposal if the 'right person came along’.
