Title, Team and Role Summary Title : Data Accountant Team : Client Accounting - based in our Manchester Office Who Does This Role Report Into? Senior Data Accountant Role Summary / Purpose and Scope This role provides support to the Client Accounting team by taking responsibility for completing the data tasks within instructions. Skills, Knowledge and Values Skills (People & Technical) Billing of Service Charges, Rents, Voids, Recharges, Credits, Insurance Charges to Tenants / Occupiers or Clients Updating & Maintaining property, lease & occupier's data on Property Management Systems.
