Real Estate Paralegal – Leading London Law Firm (Bank)
We are working on behalf of a highly regarded, Legal 500‑ranked London law firm to recruit a Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing team, based in the heart of Bank.

The Opportunity
You will play a key role supporting a busy and high-performing Real Estate team on a broad range of commercial property transactions. This is a hands‑on position offering exposure to high‑quality work and direct involvement with fee earners, clients, and external stakeholders.
Essential Requirement (Non‑Negotiable)
This client is only considering candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Paralegal within Real Estate (property law)
* Experience must be gained within a law firm environment
Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting fee earners on commercial real estate transactions and matters
* Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
* Assisting with reports on title and mortgage reports
* Handling Land Registry and Companies House registrations
* Responding to Land Registry requisitions
* Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, brokers, surveyors, and solicitors
* Assisting with AML onboarding and compliance procedures
* Preparing completion statements and billing documentation
* Managing case files and documentation via case management systems
* Maintaining deal lists and lease expiry schedules
* Supporting business development initiatives where required
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 1 year Real Estate Paralegal experience (essential)
* Strong understanding of Land Registry procedures and property documentation
* Experience with post‑completion work
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware
