Department Manager Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Store Manager, you will drive store results.
* Lead well by example, driving sales, standards and KPI performance
* Driving customer service to enhance the customer journey.
* Inspiring, coaching and development of all associates
* Controlling costs and budgets and inputting data for weekly reports
Department Manager experience and background:
1. Retail management experience in a fast paced environment
2. Customer focused environment
3. Experience managing large teams and turnover.
4. Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance
