We have an exciting opportunity at our flagship Volkswagen Passenger Car Showroom in Poole for a Retail Manager to join our high-performing team
As our Retail Manager, you'll oversee the sales operations and lead a high-performing sales team. From driving customer satisfaction to executing strategic marketing, budget management, and team development, you'll play a pivotal role to our continuous business growth and success.

Package:
* 45 hours
* Quarterly bonus
* Monthly commission structure
* Monday to Saturday (set day off in the week)
* 5 day working week
Main Duties Include :
* Oversee and ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily administration and operational tasks, ensuring compliance and excellent customer service is executed
* Identify and engage with new customers while growing market share through effective marketing and collaborating with other departmental managers.
* Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and achieve agreed objectives
* Plan and prioritise tasks to maximise productivity, meet sales objectives while working towards dealership deadlines
* Lead with clear communication through team briefings
* Recruit, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing team, conducting PDR’s and regular 1 to1’s with the Sales Manager
* Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulations and best practices
* Maintain professionalism, encourage positive change, and pursue team and personal growth
* Experience as a New or Used Car Sales Manager, or a very experience Transaction Manager looking to take their next career steps
* You must have a background within the automotive industry
* Proven track record of achieving targets and growth within a leadership role
* Possess exceptional organisational skills.

* Full UK driving licence
