Domain Overview The Digital Workplace domain is part of the Bank's Technology division, and is responsible for selecting, delivering and continuously improving a portfolio of digital services that help colleagues across Bank to collaborate, communicate and be productive irrespective of role, device or location. Job description Your responsibilities will include Providing 3 rd Line Support and project delivery for the services owned by the EUC team. Designing and Maintaining platforms including Windows Clients, Windows 365 Virtual Desktops, and iOS devices using Intune. Converting MECM application packages and creating new Win32 packages to be deployed via Intune. Maintaining the MS Tunnel mobile VPN service for bank managed mobiles. Building and Maintaining Linux and Windows Server VMs in Azure, including patching, monitoring and upgrading. Ensuring that an appropriate balance is achieved between maintaining live services and delivering projects through active time management. Out of hours on-call support. Researching and developing solutions that expand or enhance the service and technology portfolios, automate IT operations, reduce costs or increase levels of service. Ensure that colleagues across the organization understand how to use and access our services, and the value of doing so. Supporting wider initiatives led by the Digital Services and Digital Workplace leadership teams. Adhering to ITIL processes. Providing training where necessary for other technology teams. Role Requirements Minimum Criteria Deep knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Windows 365 and Windows Endpoint management. Proficient in maintaining iOS COPE and BYOD devices using Intune MDM/MAM polices. Proficient in Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 related tools and technologies. Experience in packaging and deploying applications through MECM and Intune. Experience with maintaining Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions. Ability to create and edit PowerShell Scripts for automation of processes and bulk tasks. A high level of integrity, organisation and self-motivation with a desire for self-improvement. Salary and Benefits Information We encourage flexible working, part time working and job share arrangements. Part time salary and benefits will be on a pro-rated basis as appropriate. This Leeds based role salary range is £47,920- £53,910. In addition, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package as detailed below: Currently a non-contributory, career average pension giving you a guaranteed retirement benefit of 1/80th of your annual salary for every year worked.
