The role
You’ll advise on the full range of real estate finance matters, from refinancing deals to multi-property, high-value transactions. Expect responsibility from day one: drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents, managing transactions from start to finish, and working alongside senior colleagues on landmark deals. You’ll also have the chance to grow strong client relationships and raise your profile in the sector.
The ideal candidate
1. Qualified solicitor, 4+ PQE
2. Strong transactional real estate experience, ideally with real estate finance exposure
