1. Basic Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 (DOE) | OTE: £50,000 – £54,000
2. Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 (No Weekends!)

We are recruiting for an experienced Diagnostic / Master Technician to join a well-established franchised dealership group in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. With over 20 years of trading and 14 locations across the Southeast, our client represents some of the most innovative and reliable automotive brands.

Your Role as a Diagnostic / Master Technician
16. Diagnose, repair, and resolve technical issues using ODIS diagnostic equipment.
17. Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards.
18. Support the team with technical expertise and mentor junior technicians.
19. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently.
20. Keep up to date with manufacturer training and latest technology.
What We’re Looking For
21. ODIS Diagnostic Experience – Essential!
22. Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
23. Previous experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician
24. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
25. A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
26. Full UK Driving Licence
