Executive Assistant to Head of Sales
12-Month Maternity Cover starting in Early December
Hybrid – 3 days in their office based near Bank
9:00 am - 6:00 pm
£65,000 – £75,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits
We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic and on-it Executive Assistant to join an exciting and innovative global technology company. This is a 12-month maternity cover role offering the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide high-level support to the VP EMEA Sales and Leadership Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and coordinating communications with discretion.
Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing requests and scheduling across multiple time zones.
Oversee complex calendars, organise meetings, and ensure the VP’s time is focused on strategic priorities.
Plan and coordinate key business events, including quarterly business reviews, town halls, and leadership sessions – from logistics to agendas and facilitation.
Organise international travel, including flights, accommodation, and full itineraries.
Support wider team initiatives, helping drive key projects and events.
Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.WHO YOU ARE
An experienced EA with 5-8 years' experience supporting senior executives (VP+).
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced global SaaS or tech environments.
Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Someone who holds themselves to high standards
Confident and polished communicator, able to build strong working relationships across all levels.
Experienced in complex diary management and booking international travel.
