About The Mechanical Supervisor Role
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of various military aircraft, including the Apache and Chinook helicopters. Your primary duties will include:
* Supervising a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
* Coordinating the scheduling and completion of all maintenance tasks
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
* Providing technical guidance and support to the maintenance team
Requirements for the Mechanical Supervisor Position
To be successful in this role, the company is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
* Extensive experience working in a military aviation maintenance environment, preferably with the Apache and/or Chinook helicopters
* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Clearance: BPSS and SC (BPSS is acceptable to start, with an SC application in progress)
