About the role
Working with the People and Culture Department, we are currently recruiting a People Coordinator to join our dedicated Job Evaluation project team. In this role, you will work closely with the People Partner to support the effective delivery of a high-quality job evaluation service. You will also provide professional and efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of project activities.

Key responsibilities
* Support the effective implementation of the job evaluation project
* Undertake HR administrative tasks to ensure the smooth daily operation of the project
* Draft, coordinate, and maintain clear and consistent project communications and documentation
* Provide high-standard customer service to managers, employees, and stakeholders
Candidate requirements
* Level 3 qualification or above, or equivalent experience
* Experience in a Human Resources or administrative environment
* Strong administrative skills, particularly in HR contexts
* Understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and procedures
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
* Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
