Required Skills:
9. Proven experience in the same role, sales, or management in sales within a franchised dealership environment
10. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
11. Understanding of used car pricing, valuation, and stock management
12. Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
13. Excellent customer service and communication skills
14. Full UK manual driving licence
Nice to Have Skills:
15. Experience with automotive DMS systems and online sales platforms
16. Knowledge of current automotive market trends and industry standards
17. Skills in marketing and promotional activities for used car sales
18. Ability to analyse sales data and implement strategic improvements
Preferred Education and Experience:
19. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in used car sales, with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
20. Track record of achieving sales targets and developing profitable stock
21. Strong organisational and leadership abilities
Other Requirements:
22. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends
23. Participation in training, development, and promotional activities
24. Valid driving licence with a clean record
