We are currently seeking an outstanding candidate to join our fast-growing team.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As Marketing Manager you will utilise your proven experience in creating engaging marketing content across various platforms such as social media, email, and web. You will have creative vision and analytical skills for all elements of the Groups marketing, while spearheading growth, engagement and elevation of our content and output. You will be able to write, edit, proof-read, and produce high-quality brand content that reflects the spirit and integrity of the brand and drive help support and drive the overall brand vision through its marketing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
* Working with leadership in delivering Total Management Groups global Marketing strategies across marketing verticals
* Work collaboratively with all division leads
* Plan and implement annual marketing initiatives that deliver on company objectives
* Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned on campaign goals, progress, and results
* Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
* Expertise in SEO and proven success executing SEO driven content to increase traffic
* Develop and optimise all digital content and strategy
* Create a strategic content strategy for multiple channels and client touchpoints, including website, social media, email marketing, direct mail, and display advertising
* Write copy for all owned materials, including websites, print materials, email marketing, proposals, and client-facing documents
* Manage budgets and analysing campaign performance to optimise results and maximise ROI
* Manage recurring reporting on our overall metrics + trends
* Lead social media strategy, regularly developing innovative ideas to promote lead generation and drive engagement
* Safeguard the Total Management Group brand, ensuring all assets and content effectively communicates and upholds brand guidelines
* Manage relationships with third party agencies where applicable
* Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and user engagement metrics
* Recognise and develop potential partnership opportunities to build brand awareness
* Collaborate with Studio designers to effectively project manage requests from both existing and new clients
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
* 3+ years relevant marketing experience
* Experience in the travel, hospitality or luxury sectors is a bonus but not essential
* Demonstrable experience working in a lead Marketing role where you are able to manage and drive the agenda, work independently off your own initiative whilst being a team player with the wider group
* Commercial acumen, with a data-driven, results-orientated approach
* Detailed knowledge of the various social media platforms and management tools
* Excellent attention to detail with strong project management skills
* Creative and analytical thinker
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders
* Highly organised with strong time-management skills
* Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
* Google Analytics experience is a bonus
