Who we are:
Cobrey Farms is a progressive, family run business based in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. The Chinn family has been farming here since the early 1900s and has grown the business into one of the UK's leading growers. Today, Cobrey Farms grows, packs, and supplies a wide range of fresh produce to major supermarkets and wholesale customers from production sites across the UK. We are recognised nationally for producing high quality asparagus, French beans, rhubarb, blueberries, and other high value vegetable and arable crops.
Based primarily in the Herefordshire countryside, the business has expanded significantly over the years and now manages premium crops across more than 3,500 acres of land in Herefordshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk.
Around 1,200 seasonal workers join the Cobrey Farms team each season, with most housed onsite. Their skill, dedication, and hard work enable us to produce high volumes of premium crops to the highest standards.
Cobrey Farms invests heavily in researching and developing new crop varieties and growing techniques. We have pioneered season extension while enhancing flavour, improving quality, driving sustainability, and reducing production costs.
