We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and have a sharp eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of our restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service, motivating and developing the front-of-house team, and working closely with the kitchen to maintain high standards across every aspect of the guest journey.
We are excited to be developing seasonal menus and creative dining experiences, and we need a manager who can champion these initiatives while maintaining operational excellence and profitability.

* Team Leadership: Motivate and support the FOH team to deliver outstanding service, while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure every element of service – from table settings to guest interactions – meets our high standards and brand values.
* Strong Communication: Build great relationships with guests, your team, and the kitchen brigade. Be confident and professional in managing service and handling guest feedback.
* Organisational Skills: Take control of reservations, rotas, and floor operations, ensuring smooth service at all times.
* Financial Awareness: Assist in managing budgets, stock control, and achieving GP and revenue targets.
* Training & Development: Lead by example, assist with onboarding and training new team members, and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
Butcher's at The Westgate is open Friday to Sunday each week, operating within our multi-faceted venue alongside Cleaver Coffee Co. and The Westgate Suites Wedding Venue. While this role is primarily focused on Butcher's, opportunities to contribute to events and other parts of the business may arise.
