Here's the exciting part…
As a Fragrance Adviser, you'll use your knowledge and training to advise customers on perfumes and other products. Our goal is to ensure customers leave with "That Superdrug Feeling" by providing exceptional service.
Your role involves serving customers mainly at the fragrance counter, delivering excellent service, encouraging add-on sales, and maintaining the presentation of the fragrance counter and the wider store. You'll also support the management team in achieving store targets. Additionally, there is an opportunity to be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our growing piercing business (training provided, optional).
What you'll need to succeed
* Interest or experience in fragrance
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Passion for retail and customer service
* Willingness to learn and improve your fragrance knowledge and skills
* Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided, optional)
* Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to change
