The Role As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team and delivering an experience worthy of Rosette recognition and beyond. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant Delivering consistently exceptional guest service Leading, coaching, and inspiring staff and supervisors Maintaining and elevating service standards in line with Rosette aspirations Taking full operational responsibility in the Manager’s absence Creating a polished yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the prestige of the venue This is more than a supervisory role it’s a leadership position within a restaurant on an upward trajectory.
