Role Overview
As part of our Advisory Sales Enablement team, you will support teams across KPMG through the end-to-end process of winning work. Your responsibilities will include identifying client issues, positioning KPMG, producing proposal documents, and delivering compelling pitches. You will work with senior stakeholders daily, building relationships, networking, and expanding your knowledge. Our team sells innovative tools and solutions to major organizations, giving KPMG a competitive edge.

The Pursuit Manager is responsible for establishing and managing the pursuit process to support the pursuit team and Lead Partner, providing writing expertise. This role involves managing significant pursuits across advisory and potentially multiple at once.

* Provide advice and challenge across all pursuit elements, including action plans, timelines, client contact plans, proposal design, and quality checks.
* Implement pursuit best practices and maintain knowledge of sales methodology.

Requirements
* Significant experience in pursuit project management with a successful track record.
* Deep understanding of the pursuit process and ability to leverage prior experience.
* Strong project management, prioritization, and deadline management skills.
* Experience in writing/editing bids or business communications.
* Creative and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills, initiative, and proactive approach.
* Ability to work under pressure, showing determination and pragmatism.
