VodafoneThree - Programme Test & QA Manager role located in Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Location Independent Worker option available with office/site considerations described by Vodafone.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage testing activities across VodafoneThree’s contact centre platforms, including Cisco UCCE, and related delivery programmes.
* Ensure robust governance and high-quality outcomes for customer-facing projects and internal solutions.
* Own the programme-level test strategy and supporting artefacts, including quality gates and sign-off processes.
* Balance technical depth with strategic oversight, contribute to product lifecycle management, platform upgrades, and innovation initiatives.
* Conduct detailed test management across complex projects to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and design specifications.
* Operate in a bespoke environment supporting critical national infrastructure customers across health, policing and energy non-emergency services; security clearance is mandatory and some testing may occur outside regular hours.
Who You Are / Qualifications
* Strong understanding of industry-recognised testing standards and methodologies, with proven experience in managing complex test cycles across Cisco contact centre platforms or similar environments.
* Experience designing and executing tests across diverse contact centre architectures, including dynamic IVR call flows and cloud-based integrations.
* Familiarity with contact centre components such as Cisco Voice Portal (CVP), Unified Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) scripting, and SQL-based data handling for end-to-end validation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Collaborative mindset for cross-functional delivery and continuous improvement.
* ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation level or higher) would be desirable.

Working Arrangements
Location: Location Independent Worker
Working Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri
