The Opportunity:
Finatal are partnering with a dynamic and rapidly expanding Private Equity backed International Consumer Services business as they continue to grow and acquire businesses globally.
With a strong track record of over £300 million in turnover and a 25% EBITDA margin, the business is quickly becoming a leader in the industry. Their buy & build strategy sees them comfortably acquiring 10+ businesses each year, and we are seeking a talented Group Finance Manager to join their high-performing group team.
As the Group Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial reporting, commercial finance, accounting, and compliance across our multisite operations.
This is a highly varied and dynamic role, offering exposure to group consolidations, M&A activities, and involvement in numerous projects aimed at driving growth and maximizing opportunities whilst working with an established and proven Private Equity CFO and a strong Group Financial Controller.
The Role:
* Lead the group consolidations process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (40+ sites, 100+ entities)
* Manage financial reporting for the group, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
* Drive commercial finance initiatives and support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration processes.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
* Drive key FP&A/commercial finance for the group – assessing and driving focus on churn, building KPI’s, performance of each site and supporting the GFC and CFO with the relationships with the Private Equity investors and lenders.
The Requirements:
* Professional Finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent).
* Strong technical accounting skills, with experience in statutory accounting and group consolidations (either in practice or industry)
* Exposure to a high growth or M&A activities, including due diligence and integration processes.
* Proactive personality with a drive to be involved in projects and growth opportunities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
