London Borough of Enfield is recruiting for Nurses for Bridgewood House. We are seeking Registered General Nurses with a valid NMC pin to join our 70 bed Nursing and Residential Care Home.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care to meet the needs of residents.
* Oversee and guide the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes.
* Maintain clear verbal and written communication; document resident updates and inform senior care team of day-to-day changes.
* Manage wound care and ensure adherence to care procedures in line with policies.
* Oversee the ordering, administration, and recording of medications in line with statutory requirements and organizational policies.
* Provide personal care to residents (washing, dressing, toileting) tailored to individual needs.
* Offer physical, emotional, and spiritual support to enhance residents’ well-being.
* Conduct staff supervision and appraisals; participate in training and development of team members.
* Implement changes in routines and procedures in collaboration with the Manager; complete duty rota and internal quality audits as directed.
* Assist in assessment of prospective residents to ensure suitable placement and care planning.
* Support the Manager in maintaining financial efficiency within budget parameters.
* Demonstrate leadership with valid nursing registration and proven patient care experience; strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology; excellent communication; ability to work independently and be well organized.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Valid NMC pin (Registered General Nurse).
