Our client is a hugely successful global software organization with UK headquarters located in London. They are now seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager for a 12 month contract. A hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in their prestigious central London offices.
Responsibilities
The Sales Trainer will play a key role in supporting the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization in EMEA responsible for ensuring sales teams are equipped with the training, skills, and tools they need to be successful — from onboarding new hires to delivering ongoing learning that drives performance improvement.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to deliver engaging, relevant, and high-impact enablement experiences that help sellers perform at their best.
Skills
* Able to communicate clearly and confidently convey information, whether training sellers or working with stakeholders.
* Ability to motivate and guide others to act.
* Analyse enablement impact and inform decisions using various software tools
* Experience working with various AI tools would prove very useful.
* Previous experience in selling marketing and/or CRM software.
