Working for a market leading consumer brand, the Product Lead will build innovative products that will transform customer experiences for their millions of customers through Generative AI and Agentic AI. This isn't about internal productivity tools, it's customer-facing, end-to-end AI experience.
The Product Lead will be responsible for:
* Owning and evolving market-proven AI products, scaling them into intelligent, end-to-end experiences that solve real customer problems
* Shaping the roadmap, prioritising complex feature development and scaling impact across a growing squad
* Translating customer insight, analytics and experimentation into prioritised feature development decisions
* Leading proposition development across Generative and Agentic AI use cases
* Shaping and scale AI-powered customer journeys
* Championing innovation methodologies and fostering curiosity, experimentation and bias for action
* Managing a product team of 4
The Product Lead will have:
* Strong experience building and scaling complex B2C digital products
* Direct AI experience is preferred, but isn’t essential — but genuine passion, curiosity and credible understanding of Generative and Agentic AI is
* Line managed other Product Managers
* A clear track record of roadmap ownership and prioritising feature development over time
* Great communication skills and stakeholder management
* Candidates could come from any consumer sector such as eCommerce, retail, fintech, media, finance, travel, etc.
* Could come from roles like Head of Product, Group Product Manager or Senior Product Manager
