The Assets Officer (Fire Safety) will deliver a professional, technical and customer-facing real estates maintenance service, working flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues, proactively identifying areas for service improvement. The Assets Officer (Fire Safety) will support the delivery of key compliance and asset management workstreams across the organisation. Based within the Compliance team in Assets, the Assets Officer (Fire Safety) will assist in the coordination and oversight of fire safety compliance programmes. This will include monitoring servicing programmes, instructing and tracking remedial works, coordinating contractors, and supporting the production of compliance reports to ensure statutory obligations are met and risks are effectively managed.
