We're looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at The Swan Inn — where creativity, quality, and work-life balance come together. This is a rare opportunity to work just 4 days per week while still playing a key role in a fast-paced kitchen.
What You'll Do:
* Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently outstanding food
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team during service
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality
* Contribute to menu planning, specials, and seasonal updates
* Manage stock, suppliers, and prep schedules efficiently
