Healthcare Assistant Complex Care Location : Oxfordshire - Banbury Pay : £14.00 - £22.00 per hour Shift Patterns : Flexible Join our team and make a difference in someone's life! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Healthcare Assistant to support our client, who lives with his supportive partner and son. Our client has an Acquired Brain Injury and requires assistance with daily activities to lead a fulfilling life. Duties and Responsibilities: Personal care and hygiene assistance Manual handling and transfers PEG care and management Suctioning and Conveen care Assisting with therapy sessions to enrich our client's daily life Enabling our Client to participate in activities as a dad and husband Planning and fatigue management to ensure smooth hydrotherapy sessions (weekly) Additional responsibilities may include: Medication management Suctioning and other specialist skills (training provided) About our Client Lives with his supportive partner and son.
