Investment Manager - Real Estate
Our client is seeking a commercially driven Investment Manager to play a central role within the lean investment team, leading all aspects of the acquisition lifecycle across London and the surrounding area.
Working closely with the Co-Founder, this role offers significant autonomy, direct exposure to Executive Board decision-making, and responsibility for shaping the forward investment pipeline.
This is a front-end acquisitions role focused on:
Deal Origination & Strategy
* Generate new acquisition opportunities across London
* Build and maintain strong industry relationships to drive high-quality deal flow
* Assist in refining site acquisition strategy and identifying priority locations
Investment & Execution
* Lead financial modelling and investment analysis (PE level modelling not required)
* Manage full due diligence process, including appointment of external consultants
* Control due diligence budgets and minimise abortive costs
* Prepare and present investment papers to Investment Committee and investors
* Structure and execute joint ventures
Required Background and Experience:
Qualifications
* Degree in Property, Surveying, Planning or Finance related discipline
* RICS membership preferred
* 5 years plus PQE
Experience
* Proven track record in site finding, negotiation and acquisition across London
* Strong London landowner, agent and developer network
* Experience across commercial and residential development acquisitions
* Background within a developer, development consultancy or agency
* Excel financial modelling capability
