The Role • To land brand new clients and also expand existing clients in new areas through new hiring managers. • To grow client revenue by developing executive and hiring community relationships and adding new locations where our current customers operate • To proactively grow vacancy flow, which is ideally exclusive or at least with a head start, and having an understanding directly from the hiring manager of what he/she is really looking for beyond a job spec • To grow your personal number (i.e. self-sourced) of rolling contractors i.e., to achieve your personal monthly starter target • To grow your account number (i.e. not self-sourced) of rolling contractors i.e., to achieve your account monthly starter target.
