Description

The starting salary for this role is £ 15,323 per annum for working 18 hours per week (£30,647 FTE).

We are looking for a part-time Senior Team Administrator to join our Business Support Team on a permanent basis.

This role is open to part-remote working, meaning you will be required to work in the officea minimum of 2 days a week,on a rota basis, to support with office dutiesand the remainder of the week is worked from home.

About the Role

Working within ourSocial Care Admin Team you will play an integral part in the day to day running of the department and all things admin. In this role you will organiseand minute a variety ofmulti-agency meetings on behalf of the social care teams,distribute minutes to involved parties ensuring timescales are met, provide an efficient telephone service to our stakeholders and service users,liaise with professionals both within social care and with partner agencies, such as Police, Health, Education and Legal. You will keep track of information, update and maintain spreadsheets and databases andprovide performance information to line managers and other departments when requested.

Your Application

In order to be considered for shortlisting, your application will clearly evidence the following skills and align with our behaviours :

* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a social work environment.
* Effective communication and customer service skills, including professional handling of telephone enquiries and written correspondence.
* High level of IT proficiency, with confident use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and accurate minute-taking using a laptop.
* Collaborative teamworking and mentoring ability, demonstrating initiative while working within established procedures and supporting junior colleagues.
* Proactive self-management and commitment to development, showing initiative within role boundaries and a focus on continuous professional growth.

A basicDBS 'Disclosure and Barring Service' check for regulated activity (formerly known as CRB) will be required for this role.

The interview will include 8 competency questions and a small practical test and should last approximately 45/60 minutes.
