Area Sales Manager - Domestic Ventilation into Local Authorities / Social Housing

The Role
* This is a field / home based role. As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing relationships with Local Authorities and Social Housing providers.
* This role is a split between account management and developing business within existing accounts.
* In addition you will be tasked with undertaking site surveys and will be dealing with decision makers such as Asset Managers, Repairs & Maintenance Managers and Electrical Managers.

The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager
* £35,000 - £41,000 DOE
* OTE circa £70K uncapped in year 1 top performers are earning more than this
* 6% Pension company contribution pension vs 3% employee contribution
