Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Slough

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing team in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2–3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing to take the next step in their legal career within a supportive and busy legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

Managing your own caseload of residential property matters under supervision
Assisting solicitors with conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
Preparing and reviewing legal documents and reports
Maintaining accurate case records and meeting deadlines

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential conveyancing
Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Keen attention to detail and a client-focused approach
