About the role
To lead and manage a team of firefighters, ensuring operational readiness, community safety, and effective incident response. The Crew Manager plays a key role in promoting fire safety, supporting team development, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Crew Manager, you will play a vital role in protecting lives, property, and the environment while leading and inspiring your team. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence, community safety, and continuous improvement across the Fire and Rescue Service.

Eligibility Criteria
This process is open to wholetime substantive competent Firefighter only. Applicants must be able to demonstrate relevant operational experience and leadership capability. Successful candidates will be required to undertake any necessary training for the role.
