About the Role As a Junior Electrician, you’ll work alongside our experienced electricians and engineers to carry out installations, servicing, and maintenance across residential and commercial projects. You’ll get exposure to everything from standard electrical works to cutting-edge technologies like renewable energy systems and smart home solutions. This role is designed to help you bridge the gap between finishing your apprenticeship and becoming a confident, independent electrician. Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs under supervision. Support with testing, fault-finding, and troubleshooting electrical systems. Work on projects involving smart home technology, renewable energy, and general electrical services. Ensure all work meets industry regulations and health & safety standards. Assist in preparing tools, equipment, and materials for jobs. Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients through professionalism and good communication. Attend in-hours reactive callouts. What We’re Looking For Recently completed electrical apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). A positive attitude and eagerness to keep learning in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A full UK driving licence (preferred).
