What You’ll Be Doing

2. Escort guests to rooms, offering a brief orientation of hotel features and amenities.
3. Handle guest requests with efficiency and a can-do attitude.
4. Maintain the lobby and entrance areas to the highest standards of presentation.
5. Support the front office team with deliveries, errands, and guest services.
