As Concierge for the Plumpton Marketplace Branch Branch of CommBank, you’ll be the face of CommBank & the first person customers speak with to assist them. To do this you’ll:
6. Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
7. Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience
8. Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
9. Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it’s running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience
We’re interested in people who have:
10. A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
11. Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour
12. The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence
13. A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
