The key responsibilities for the role of Management Accountant will include:
Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and variance analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with operational teams
Take ownership of contract-level P&L performance and financial reporting
Partner with non-finance stakeholders to drive commercial decision-making
Review and challenge transactional data, ensuring accuracy and integrity
Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting toolsProfile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
Progression towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA/CIMA), with study support available
A solid foundation in management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance teams
Proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership and drive improvements

The role of Management Accountant offers a competitive salary from £40,000 - £47,000 per annum, plus:
