As a Registered Manager, you will:
Lead a small cluster of supported living services in the Medway area.
Manage care for 612 individuals with complex needs, ensuring tailored care packages.
Supervise a team of around 30 staff, including a Deputy Manager.
Collaborate with an Operations Manager and experienced Registered Managers.
Utilise in-house resources such as Positive Behaviour Support and Quality and Compliance support.
