Job Title: Senior Operations Manager - Fire & Security Systems
The National Fire & Security Systems Installer is seeking a commercially astute Senior Operations Manager to oversee and manage a team primarily consisting of project managers and project engineers. The role involves delivering fire and security systems installation projects within the M&E and construction environment, including high-value, multi-million-pound installations.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing the M&E client project team and ensuring the successful delivery of assigned work streams and projects across the UK.
2. Reviewing commercial high-risk contract terms and cascading them to project delivery teams.
3. Coordinating with purchasing, engineering teams, and clients to ensure projects are completed within the allocated time frame and budget.
4. Being accountable for project managers' forecasts against set budgets.
5. Communicating effectively of commercial terms to project delivery teams.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience working in an M&E installation project environment, ideally with fire and security systems knowledge (not essential).
* Proven experience as a senior manager with a desire to develop processes and procedures.
* High level of commercial contract knowledge.
Location: Ideally based in the Midlands, but open to candidates across England.
Salary: Starting at £75,000 (negotiable) plus car allowance and package.
