We are a small electrical contractors & have a full time vacancy for an administration assistant. You will need to be computer literate, & have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
The job comprises of answering the telephone & booking in jobs. Raising sales invoices using Quickbooks software. Typing up quotes & estimates, plus general office duties.
The hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (35 hours in total)
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days per annum plus bank holidays, 28 days in total.
