Support Worker, Wallingford, Oxfordshire, Up to £15.30 p/h Role Overview Completely Care is looking for temporary Support Workers in Wallingford, Oxfordshire to provide compassionate care and daily support to individuals in need. This role allows you to help clients maintain independence and improve their well-being while working through a trusted recruitment agency. Key Responsibilities Provide personalised support with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Build strong, trusting relationships, offering companionship and emotional encouragement. Help clients engage with community resources, social activities, and recreational programmes. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver individualised care plans. Keep accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any incidents or concerns. Required Skills & Experience Empathetic and compassionate approach to supporting individuals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Previous experience in a similar support role or with vulnerable populations is desirable.
